#13 The FAITH to move mountains starts with YOU

The FAITH to move mountains starts with YOU. If Heavenly Father has faith in us and we doubt ourselves we are really doubting Him. As we pray for the gift of faith we should also include having faith and love in ourselves.  If you have Faith in Jesus Christ that also means you have faith in yourself.    So often it is the lack of faith in ourselves that holds us back.  In this podcast I share my story of finding FAITH and how that it also self love. You know I love you ladies when I am willing to be this vulnerable!

Questions to ask yourself

Do you love yourself deeply?

What do you love about yourself?

If I loved myself truly and deeply, what would I do?

Do you love yourself enough to protect yourself?

What ways do you wish you stood up for yourself more? What is holing you back from doing those?

Say in your head as much as possible – Jesus Christ loves me and I love myself!!

Kamal Ravikant “This day I vow to myself to love myself, to treat myself as someone I love truly and deeply- in my thoughts, my actions, the choices I make, the experiences I have each moment I am conscious, I make the decision I LOVE MYSELF.”

Brene Brown Quotes

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.”

“We cannot give our children what we d not have.”

“I was setting new boundaries and began to let go of  my need to please, perform, and perfect.”

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.”

Matthew 17:20  “If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain”

“Remember the worth of souls is great in the sight of God;

“For, behold, the Lord your Redeemer suffered death in the flesh; wherefore he suffered the pain of all men, that all men might repent and come unto him” (D&C 18:10–11.)

Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

  1. Wow, this was amazing and just what I need today! Here is a question – how do I know if I love myself? Sometimes I think I do and sometimes I don’t. Also I feel like I am often dissatisfied with what I am feeling or where I am at and then discover that I’m actually pretty normal (who knew, right?) Like I maybe have unrealistic expectations. So then I wonder if my amount of self-love is where it should be, or not? How do you know? I know, pray 😁

    1. Such a great question. I believe everyone can work on self-love. In a world where we are constantly told we should look younger, be prettier, dress nicer and be perfect it is easy for us to have expectations without even knowing it. I also find myself being dissatisfied with where I am because we want to be perfect but all we need to do is try. Our thoughts play a big role in all of this and simply having good thoughts over and over in our head like, Jesus Christ loves me and I love myself, or I am a child of God, I am a daughter of God, I am enough, I am good, etc literally change our thought patterns. The more you notice your thoughts the more you can see where your self love is really at. Are you hard on yourself, do you stand up for yourself, etc. Hopefully that helps.
